These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by PRCSN ("we", "us", "our") through prcsn.fit (the "Site"). By purchasing a product from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

PRCSN is a brand operated by Ranting Emas Ventures, a registered sole proprietorship in Malaysia.

1. Products

PRCSN sells digital, downloadable products including training programs, nutrition guides, and spreadsheet tools (each a "Product"). Products are delivered electronically upon successful payment.

2. License to Use

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repost any Product, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

3. Payment

Prices are listed in [USD/MYR — confirm your listing currency] and are inclusive of applicable payment processing. Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment providers; PRCSN does not store your payment card details.

4. Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All content within our Products — including text, program design, graphics, and spreadsheets — is the property of PRCSN and is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use or distribution is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRCSN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a Product, including any injury resulting from exercise or dietary changes undertaken as a result of using a Product.
