If you're not satisfied with your Product, email support@prcsn.fit within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@prcsn.fit with your order confirmation or receipt
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
After 14 Days
Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
